Situated near Hunter Valley with its many wineries and the Hunter Gardens, Blackbutt Reserve, Watagan Mountains, Central Coast, Lake Macquarie, and Avondale University (all within a 3 to 40 minute drive). No cleaning fee.

The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, cooktop, dishwasher & full size fridge. The bedrooms have plenty of hanging space & storage. The living area has an air con for the summer & winter. Bathroom has a bath & separate shower. A small amount of toiletries & kitchen essentials are provided until you can restock.
