This is a designer-furnished Granny Flat located at the back of our property, with its own private entrance and complete privacy. The pool, spa, and backyard are exclusively yours — no one else shares these spaces. Just so you’re aware, my wife and I live in the main house at the front. While you may occasionally hear us, we’re very quiet and respectful of your space. Your retreat is fully private, we absolutely respect that. The House itself is 1500 sq2 and contains three separate premises, a granny flat, 3 bedrooms unit (Vista unit) & 3 bedrooms house (Bamboo House)

Our clinker brick feature wall reveals the heart imprint seen on real Sydney convict bricks. Our street was built in the 1880's. Our building was completely rebuilt in 2018/2019. Our location & neighbourhood is inner west Sydney at its best. We are just 280 metres from Erskineville Station, which means we are just 15 minutes from the Opera House and 9 minutes from Darling Harbour- 160 ms. from Erko. village- 700 ms. from King St. Newtown. We are 1.2km from the Aust. Technology Park.

It is always pleasant sitting outside the Granny Flat enjoying your early morning cuppa listening to the birds.
