Located in the leafy Inner North suburb of Lyneham, this fully renovated and extended 1950s home serves as the perfect base for all your Canberra adventures. The apartment is spacious with a unique industrial style fit out which features exposed brick, 3.4m high concrete ceilings and exposed pipework. The home includes engineered timber floorboards throughout which adds to the industrial feel. Double sliding doors opens up to a covered balcony with views that look towards the Brindabella's. Originally built in the mid 1960's and used as Government Offices, in 2020, they underwent a rebirth into these stunning warehouse style residential apartments.

Guests are provided with a continental breakfast and complementary snacks. One flight of stairs. * Bed, Dinning table and chairs, Kitchenette, balcony. The swimming pool is going through renovations and will be operational by med December.
