Built on a private land of 4.500 m2, Villa Palena is located just 100 meters on foot away from the beautiful, sandy beach of Marathi and several tavernas. It is fully equipped to meet your needs with exclusive amenities such as its sports field, spa room, recreation room, smart living areas, and relaxation spots that are scattered throughout the premises, all the while offering ample space and privacy.

**Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at €15 per night from April to October and €4 per night from November to March, payable upon check-in.

The villa is located in Marathi only 100 meters from sandy Marathi beach. Marathi has two wonderful beaches, divided by the pier of the harbour. Both are sandy and well organised with sun beds and umbrellas with cafes and tavernas. Marathi is near Sternes village which is one of the 20 villages of Akrotiri peninsula. In the Akrotiri area you will find some remarkable historical monuments, century-old monasteries and churches, impressive caves with rich lithological and archaeological interest.
