Welcome to Lansdale PA, a very peaceful place to relax for the summer. This house is near supermarkets, Lowes, Applebees, Chick-fil-A, Kohl's, CVS, gas stations, Wawa, and the famous Freddy Hills Farm. It's also about 30 mins or so to Philadelphia and Allen Town PA. We are conveniently located right along Sumneytown Pike and five mins to route 476. This house is truly a unique find. There are tons of space to spread out and a massive family/sun room that leads to the very large in ground pool.

The small back garden area offers sweet respite from the city’s bustle. My house is best suited to romantic couples or people who are comfortable with little privacy.

Accommodations: 3 bedrooms (2 with queen beds, 1 with king) queen sleeper sofa in the living room.
