Make sure you go to one of the countless bookstores of this student area, or at least to the famous Shakespeare and Company. You should also walk around the Jardin du Luxembourg (Park) and, very close to it, see the University La Sorbonne and visit the huge Panthéon, a former church where illustrious people such as Marie Curie, Voltaire, Rousseau are buried. Behind The Pantheon, you can have lunch on Rue Mouffetard, a narrow lively street full of small restaurants, bars and caterers.

Also known as the 5th arrondissement, the quaint Latin Quarter is home to the Sorbonne University and student-filled cafes. It's also famed for its bookshops, including the landmark Shakespeare & Company.

The most authentic part of Paris in my regard. This place has the most Iconic cafés and hosts major monuments such as Pantheon where celebrities like Marie Curie, Napoléon and many more are buried. Right next to l'Ile de la Cité where Notre Dame is located.
