Nuovo e completamente indipendente, basta attraversare la strada per salire a 3000 metri e godersi la montagna sia d'estate che in inverno. Sci, bike, trekking, voli in parapendio e tanto altro... Soggiorno, sala da pranzo, bagno, moderna cucina open space e tre stanze da letto (una matrimoniale, una con due letti singoli e l'ultima aperta sul soggiorno che funge in caso di necessità da secondo salotto).

La casa è molto accogliente . Composta da un monolocale arredato in stile moderno con tutti i confort un angolo cottura e una sala da bagno con doccia e vasca idromassaggio. Il tutto immerso nella natura e la presenza esterna di una grande piscina ad USO ESCLUSIVO degli ospiti. La proprietà essendo in prossimità del castello Medievale non è raggiungibile con mezzo proprio, usiamo la nostra auto x portare gli ospiti e le valige. È comunque una passeggiata di 200 metri nel verde della collina.
