Situé à 1200m d'Altitude, dans le hameau de Belleface, notre Chalet est en pleine nature sur la mythique piste de ski Kandhar qui accueille la coupe du monde de ski alpin. Sans vis-à-vis, avec une terrasse de 40m2, vous apprécierez la quiétude du lieu et la vue spectaculaire sur la chaîne du Mont Blanc, l'Aiguille du Midi et la vallée de Chamonix. Nous avons aménagé le bas de chalet avec goût et tout le confort nécessaire pour que vous passiez un agréable séjour que ce soit en été ou en hiver.

Nous vous accueillons dans notre chaleureux Appartement, vue Montagne, baptisé The Wolf, d'environ 40m2 refait à neuf en 2019. Comprenant même "un pas dans le vide" au 1er étage comme celui de l'aiguille du midi ! A 100 Mètres des pistes de ski et 10min en voiture de Chamonix. Vous vous sentirez comme chez vous ! We are enjoy to welcome you in our cozy appartment name's The Wolf, around 40m and renoved in 2019, Mountain View. Just next to the slopes 100m and the city Chamonix 10min drive!

Family Fun at a Trendy Retreat at the Foot of Mont Blanc

modern chalet, 2 double bedrooms and a sleeping alcove ,2 shower rooms, a fully equipped kitchen. whole house, garden and carport for 2 cars. at the end of a quiet road, close to buses (100 meters), trains , and the center of Les Houches(10 mn walking), les Houches ski resort ( 5 minutes) and all the chamonix resorts (20 to 40 minutes). It’s next to the village ski slope, which leads down to a skating rink. A free evening ski and show take place every Thursday during the winter season.

Il y a un jardin avec une petite terrasse privative ainsi qu’un parking privé.. Le chalet est proche des restaurants, des activités adaptées (pistes de ski et alpin, chemin de randonnée et VTT).. parfait pour les couples, les voyageurs en solo, les voyageurs d'affaires.. MAIS UNIQUEMENT 2 PERSONNES (pas de bébé 👶)

Rez de Chalet tranquille et chaleureux

Au pied du Mont Blanc, au calme, bas de chalet composé d'une spacieuse chambre et d'un grand salon salle à manger le logement est entièrement indépendant avec un coin jardin équipé à disposition. Au bord de piste de skis et des chemins de randonnée, l'hiver partez et revenez skis aux pieds dans le jardin (piste bleue), et l'été vous êtes sur le Gr5. Situé sur les hauteurs des Houches le lieu est à proximité des arrets de bus mais il est fortement recommandé d'être véhiculé.

Idéalement situé au cœur des Houches, à 300 m du départ des pistes de ski (télécabine de bellevue), du coeur du village et du départ du Tour du Mont-Blanc (TMB) , vous profiterez d'un grand studio avec un grand balcon plein sud et offrant un coin nuit séparé très cosy.
