In Montsoreau, one of the "most beautiful villages" of France, amazing views, and small shops within walking distance; located between Saumur and Chinon! Famous castles, abbeyes, exceptional gardens, white, red and bubbly wineries, most of them within 10 to 60 min. The house is perfect for one or two couples, but can welcome 6 guests. Market every week, small grocery store, butcher, bakery, 4 restaurants in the village. Great antique market once a moth on the banks of the Loire.

The covered terrace is perfect for alfresco dining and has an uninterrupted view of the gardens.

The apartment has just been completely renovated. Located above our house, it is in the countryside, in a quiet area, close to the forest. The apartment includes a double bed in a bedroom, two bunk beds, and an extra bed in a mezzanine. The sofa is convertible and offers a double sleeping space. The windows and skylights are equipped with roller shutters. The apartment has a small private garden with chairs, a table, a lounge area, and a small electric barbecue.
