"Casa Adriana", an independent, practical and well-kept apartment, for those who wish to stay in absolute privacy at the beginning of the historic centre: twenty minutes walk from the famous Two Towers and Piazza Maggiore, three hundred meters from the Central Train Station and from the bus station. Easy to get to by car because it is not in a restricted traffic area, and has a private indoor garage. "Casa Adriana" is perfect for all travelers with or without a car, who seek comfort and privacy.

Torre di Longara: confort e relax poco fuori città

Located just a few minutes from the city and the airport, and nestled in the Bolognese countryside, the Tower of Longara combines the antiquity of the noble Caprara villa with a recent renovation, making it both comfortable and charming. The villa is divided into 4 independent housing units, spread over three floors, each with private access and parking. Two of these are the private residences. The other two are dedicated to hospitality: a Bed and Breakfast with four rooms and a Holiday Home.

L'Abitazione del Lauro, il più grande dei due appartamenti indipendenti, è disposto su due piani ha 4 camere da letto (5° opzionale), 2 bagni ed ha ingresso indipendente. E' ideale per famiglie o gruppi, che desiderano soggiornare poco sotto le colline dell’Appennino Tosco-Emiliano, immersi nella natura, nella pace della campagna, circondati da animali selvatici ed immersi nel grande giardino attrezzato.

L'alloggio è una casa indipendente, composta da soggiorno con divano e TV, cucina attrezzata e dotata di elettrodomestici e stoviglie, due camere matrimoniali ciascuna con il proprio bagno completo di servizi e doccia. Non mettiamo in condivisione gli ospiti. Esternamente c'è un giardino privato e un ampio spazio cortilizio dove poter parcheggiare in sicurezza i mezzi di trasporto. La zona è molto tranquilla e silenziosa, vicinissima ad una pista pedonale e ciclabile in riva al fiume Po.

In un'oasi di pace e tranquillità, immersa nella natura incontaminata, affittiamo una piccola villetta rustica di montagna che fa parte di un antico feudo del castello di Belforte (a Borgo Val di Taro), completamente ristrutturata mantenendo uno stato di conservazione antico. Gode di una splendida vista panoramica sulla valle del taro fino alle montagne liguri. È circondata da boschi di castagni e querce secolari, dista solo 10 minuti di auto da Borgo Val di Taro, il paese principale.

La casa si compone di due camere da letto matrimoniali, una camera con due letti a castello, una sala, un salotto/studio, due bagni, cucina, una lavanderia e una piccola cantina. È facilmente raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti dalla Stazione e per chi arriva in macchina e ha necessità di parcheggiare è a non più di 100 metri dal parcheggio sotterraneo di via Kennedy.
