The neighbourhood is quiet but attractions like the Pont d'Avignon, restaurants, and bars are all less than 10 minutes on foot. A parking space is within a 3-minute walk. You will not use the car in town but is will be great to explore Provence by day and return to your tranquil haven each evening.

Récemment rénové pour un meilleur confort, il est situé au 1er étage et au RDC (accès au RDC par le 1er étage). Idéal pour visiter Avignon, vous serez situé à moins de 10 minutes à pieds du Palais des Papes, du pont d'Avignon et de la gare du centre.

Authentic Provencal villa in stone with modern confort. Ideal location, it is only 5mn drive to Avignon center or 25mn by foot. The area is very calm. There is a 20 meter square terace, a big living space, 3 bedrooms, garden and swiming pool. We open the pool May 1st, and close it November 1st. The pool is to share with us, only one other villa and we do not invade your space : )
