This beautiful barn was originally built in 1915 and has been thoughtfully restored to preserve its charm while offering modern comfort. Lower - Cozy and Quiet Studio

This is a small studio on the ground floor. It has a very comfy queen size bed with a remote controlled adjustable incline bed frame for adjusting your head and feet. It also has a nice work area or place to eat a meal. It has a well-stocked kitchenette and a nice bathroom with 3’ shower. The studio is perfect for two, but we can make an exception and add a cot for an extra person. Or you may bring your own infant bed.

Neilson Orchards

Beautiful family home on the east shore of Flathead Lake with a fruit orchard and private waterfront access. Quiet rustic cabin feel. Walk a private trail to your own beach and dock. Driveway is lined with rock walls for a secluded feel, leading to a grassy parking area with a small waterfall. There is a newly remodeled main floor, fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, and private dock.

Built in the Spring of 2018. This modern style 800 SF guest suite is set in a stunning wilderness landscape on 4 acres of fenced forest land next to an elk pasture. New furniture throughout the entire space was placed in spring 2026.
