We have been privileged to live in this part of the Australian bush for over 20 years. Now that our family has grown, we are able to invite guests to stay in our cabin and enjoy the beauty that surrounds us. Kookaburra cottage is situated in Kincumber South on the NSW Central Coast. We are surrounded by bush and beaches and yet have all the conveniences you need within easy reach. Apologies we do not accept infants, children or pets as our accomodation is not safe for them.

The Art Studio - Avoca

Originally designed as an art studio, and later repurposed as a bnb, this unique sanctuary is set amongst rainforest gardens, with a gentle water feature, mosaic amphitheatre, fire pit and patio area. The stained glass windows speak of times gone by - reflecting the golden afternoon light that comes streaming through the coloured glass. Please be aware that this property is on a slope and there are steps, so it is not suitable for elderly.

Our 1 bedroom guest suite comprises of the bottom level of our two storey house. It is perfect for couples or singles. It sleeps 2 however we do have a port-a-cot. It has its own private entry so you can have as much or as little interaction with us as you like. Please note there are six steps down from street level.
