Sitting On The Dock Of The Bay…is our tranquil designer-styled bay house. We believe it is the Central Coast’s best kept secret. At the end of a rain-forested road, our waterfront reserve retreat commands an unbeatable view over Phegan’s Bay, a little known, secluded waterway far from the hustle and bustle, yet close enough to dip into the Central Coasts many activities and services. You will wake up to the romantic sound of anchors clinking, birds chirruping, immersed in lifes simple pleasures.

The property is very culturally friendly as it caters for all personal and cultural standards due to the unrestricted privacy that is provided.

Tranquil self-contained garden suite

The garden studio is at the ground level of the house, it's surrounded by mature trees and lush plants. Located a few minutes walk to a public wharf with ferries to Woy Woy, local cafe and general store; a few minutes drive to the beautiful Bouddi coastal walk, restaurants and shops. You will enjoy your private space with a separate entrance. Friendly chickens and cat might pay you a visit. Feel free to play the piano or borrow our bikes during your stay. Not suitable for children under 12.

In its own rainforest (unfenced) garden, set back from the street and neighbours and hidden from the main house 50m behind it, it’s private and quiet. All you’ll hear are the birds and the surf. Inside you’ll find open-plan living, a cosy bedroom overlooking the garden, plus an open loft second bedroom with its own balcony.

Bushwalking and water fun

My place is close to great views,beach and bay. The guest accommodation is on the lower floor of our home and is a self contained spacious and seperate living area. We overlook Hardys Bay which is within 300 meters and offers excellent coffee shops,restaurants and general store,bottle shop. Bouddi national park is a few hundred meters away and offers extensive bushwalking tracks,secluded beaches and excellent views.
