The Sapphire

4 bedrooms 3 full baths consisting of 4 King bedrooms. 1 sofa that could sleep two people if needed. A crib located in the primary bedroom. Located mins away from University of Dayton, Wright state University and less than 30 mins from Wilberforce. Host home of the NCAA First Four Tournament. There are total of 5beds to sleep on based on 2 persons per bed. We also have sofa and you're welcome to use air mattress if you like in the laundry room. No more than 12 persons can stay per night.

This guest house is designed with work/business meeting space on the ground floor, but is also a fully equipped home with sleeping quarters upstairs. Sleeps 2-3, seating for 8. 1 standard bed & crib/twin airbed option in 2nd BR. There's a large deck out back with a picnic table and grill. NOTE: We only accept guests whose Airbnb verification includes a government issued photo ID for the primary guest who will be in residence.

The English Cottage - Enchanting, 1 block to town

Possibly the most charming home in Yellow Springs, one block to downtown. No expense was spared in restoring and renovating this 1800's cottage, with charming iron pane windows, original wood floors, screened porch, and fireplace. We lovingly renovated the kitchen, bathrooms and upstairs ensuite bed and bath. Two queen beds, luxurious linens, towels, fully equipped kitchen with Viking range, stainless steel appliances, & marble countertops. Not suitable for children under 12.

We love to maintain very high standards of cleanliness and have our guests feel at home. You will enjoy easy access to downtown Dayton, UD, the suburbs and all that Dayton has to offer. There is a lot of space for private parking, has a fenced backyard. This house is modern and has a spacious living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, four nice size bedrooms with closets, free private laundry, two full bathrooms, work space and play area with a nice aerial night view.
