The 2 acre property is edged by the Rancocas Creek so bring your fishing pole or Kayak. If your lucky you may see an Eagle soaring high above the nearby hiking trail. The Cottage is a charming 1 bedroom w/full kitchen, sofa bed & private courtyard w/plunge pool.

Enjoy, walks, kayaking, wineries or horse riding close by. Visit the quaint river towns of NewHope,Frenchtown, Lambertville etc. 15 minutes to Beautiful Lake Galena and Lake Nockamixon, 30 minutes to the Lehigh Valley, 60 to Philadelphia, 90 to New York. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), groups, and furry friends (pets). "The Garden Studio Apartment" and "The Little House" can be combined to accommodate more friends or family. Country fun!

You will be staying in picturesque Northern Bucks County in a Strawbale constructed home. We are located on 25 acres with a 4 acre organic orchard. Our property abuts 5286 acre Nockamixon State Park which has mountain biking, boating, fishing and hiking. We are out in the country but only an hour from Philadelphia and 1 1/2 hours to New York City. You will be located in walking distance of a coffee shop, Italian restaurant and within 20 to 30 minutes of Doylestown, Frenchtown and New Hope.
