Entire, seasonal lake access, home perfect for your family getaway! Our home has everything your family needs to enjoy a relaxing vacation with access to Douglas Lake which is a seasonal lake only available in summer months, generally Memorial Day to Labor Day. However, Douglas Lake is a reservoir and controlled by TVA therefore water levels can never be guaranteed. we are also a short drive to Pigeon Forge (25 minutes) Gatlinburg (35 minutes) and only about 18 minutes to downtown Sevierville.

All on 1 level making it great for all ages! Once you go up 3 stairs from the driveway the entire house is on one floor including the deck. Listed as 3 bedrooms but also includes 3 private bunk rooms for the kids. 6 adults and 6 kids (under 12) make up the 12 guests. Max - no exceptions.
