This suite is the entire second floor of our home. Three bedrooms, one has an adjoining door to a larger room, box car style. Private, full bath plus 1/2 bath, kitchenette - microwave, small refrigerator. Main entrance is shared with owners (classical musicians) who live downstairs. Within walking distance: restaurants, bakeries, and 10 minutes from UB campuses and airport. Quiet neighborhood, sorry no parties. We do charge $10 per additional person so we can keep our cleaning fees lower!

Beautiful Airbnb inside a historic carriage house. Located directly on Elmwood Avenue but tucked back & secluded for a peaceful stay. Cozy interior with coffee bar included. The cottage’s prime location is within walking distance to many restaurants, bars, cafes, boutique shops, Delaware Park, the AKG and Birchfield Penney art museums, and more. Off-street parking allows easy access to adventure outside of the village with Niagara Falls & the Bills Stadium just a 20-30 min. drive/Uber away!

Welcome to Heritage House, a fourth-generation family home located in Buffalo’s bustling North Park Neighborhood. This home was purchased by my great-grandparents in 1940, and my husband and I still live in the apartment upstairs! The interior of Heritage House is an eclectic mix of design elements from the past eight decades, an homage to the previous generations of my family who called this space home. The decor may be vintage, but guests can expect to enjoy the best of modern amenities!

Enjoy the view from the patio, or inside from a comfy couch or the queen sized bed. The property is smoke and animal free and we make an effort to use natural cleaners due to allergy concerns.
