This Victorian / Italianate freestanding terrace in an incredible part of Sydney close to transportation and the CBD. Being a home built in the late 1800s, the house itself is a grand dame. It groans and creaks with its occupants. The bedroom is underneath the main house’s living areas.

There is a small internal shower-room en suite . There is a well lit Hollywood vanity, which doubles as a kitchenette containing bar fridge, basic food prep, reheat cooking and dining equipment.
