You'll be Udder-ly amazed that this completely renovated home was once a fully functioning Dairy. Spacious yet cozy open plan kitchen, dining and living area. Vaulted timber ceilings and original steel rafters. The kitchen has everything you need including a dishwasher, oven and coffee machine. Sit and sink into the comfiest couch and snuggle up to watch a movie or the footy on the TV. But if you're here to digitally disconnect, we have a bush TV (outdoor fire pit), board games and bushwalks!

St Germains Cottage 2BD Farm Stay on the river

St Germains Cottage Enjoy the serenity of a perfect farm stay nestled with gum trees, wildlife, cows, horses, chickens and Goulburn river access. A great family getaway. Summer time is perfect with a sandbar to enjoy, ideal fishing spots and walking tracks. The cottage consists of 2 bedrooms, the main room has a queen bed and the second room has two single beds. *Please note there is no indoor dining table but does have a breakfast bar seating two and the outdoor dining table/lounge area.

Charlotte’s Cottage is a superbly restored Victorian, built as a private school in 1871, dominating Connelly Street in the historic port area and nestled between the Murray and Campaspe rivers, the house is in a peaceful but prime area of Echuca. Wander through the port and explore the Paddle Steamer Capitol of the World. All this within 500 metres.

The Hut
