This gorgeous Stone cottage has been built from the local stone collected from the surrounding land. Built with recycled timbers and antique building materials it looks like it has been there for more than a century. It has just been fully renovated and has all new appliances. Sedalia Farm has 3 Alpacas, 1 horse, 1 miniature donkey and 2 Huskies who all live on the property!

Oozing with character and charm, the Carriage House is self-contained, private, dog-friendly and fully fenced. On-site parking is available, wood is supplied for the slow-combustion fireplace and outdoor fire pit. you will be welcomed with drinks on arrival. Falls Cottage was built by a Jamberoo local in the 1980s and has grown in charm and character with every passing year. We have lovingly restored it with a country cottage kitchen, hand crafted interior finishes, a comfortable mezzanine bedroom and a deck and barbeque area to maximise guests’ enjoyment of the beautiful rainforest surrounds. We now have an EV charging station on the property . Type 2 , up to 22 KW an hr. Costs apply .
