We provide a welcome basket with a few basics on arrival and a booklet with information and recommendations on the local area. The medieval village of Dunster is a 10 minute stroll away with pubs, restaurants, small shops, tea rooms and Dunster Castle (NT). The area is ideal for woodland, coastal and moorland walks. Minehead is a few miles away with its beach, shops, golf course and steam railway. The owners live in the adjacent cottage and are pleased to welcome you and be of any help during your stay.

Ruffles Cottage is a cosy, character-filled two-bedroom cottage in the heart of medieval Dunster, backing onto St. George's Church and enjoying its melodic bells, with views towards Conygar Tower and a glimpse of Dunster Castle. It sleeps four, with one double and one twin bedroom (plus a travel cot available), and an upstairs bathroom with a shower over the bath. The sitting room features a wood-burning stove, and in cooler months kindling, matches and a basket of logs are provided.
