Recently renovated, with a large fully fenced grassy yard - gazebo & BBQ. In a great location. Min's walk to Nth Broulee (Dog Beach), Coronation Drive shops (Broulee Brewery, Cafes , Surf Shop, Pharmacy), & out from our back gate to Train St shops (Mossy Cafe & supermarket), Captain Oldrey Playground, football, netball, basketball, cricket.

Whale watching, fishing, golfing, 4X4 and boat trips to Montague Island are all on offer, along with a range of water sports on the nearby lakes.
