Red Rocks is also the best base on Phillip Island - literally across the road to the beach and bush trails, while only 5-10 mins by car to the Penguins, the Surf beaches and the Race Track. A house in a very special place! Between house and beach there's nothing but grass, bush, wallabys and rabbits. Enjoy the view from the roof deck or from level 1 - or whilst in the spa.
