Remotely located 30 minutes from Cashiers, NC and 45 minutes from Highlands, NC. This is the perfect place to relax, disconnect & immerse yourself into nature. From the cabin take a short hike to the national forest, hiking trails, waterfalls, and the Chattooga River. You can park at the cabin and enjoy nature without driving to other locations. Pets are welcome (fee per stay). If your looking for a peaceful , REMOTE get away this is for you. AWD OR 4WD is needed to park near the house.

Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this fully furnished 1 bedroom/1 bath 900 sf cottage. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed and an additional trundle bed, located in the main room, which comfortably sleeps 2 people. One half of this updated duplex is all you'll need for your home base to explore everything outdoors in Jackson County. Downtown Cashiers and its grocery store, boutique shopping, and restaurants are only five miles away. Turn right onto Route 64 and travel 20 minutes to the town of Highlands, NC to explore Main Street and its' shopping and restaurant experiences.

Lazy Moss Cabin at Lake Glenville and pet friendly

Welcome to Lazy Moss Cabin in Western North Carolina, you can see more if you go to You Tube and search for the name Lazy Moss cabin. Situated among the lush mountain laurel, native rhododendron and moss covered yard at a cool elevation of 3500 feet. We area a pet friendly rental with a limit of 2 pets per visit but NO pet fee because we have found that pet owners are very considerate of our cute cabin so thank you and enjoy your stay.

Amazing Lakefront home with private NEW dock

Relax with your whole crew in a peaceful, secluded house right on the lake. Spend the days paddling around in the supplied canoes, jumping off the dock into the crystal clear water and floating to your hearts content. The only sounds you will hear is the waterfall across the way and the streams that run on each side of the house. In the evenings enjoy dinner on the deck, drinks by the fire pit, and relaxing in the hot tub.
