Lakehouse Estate is a newly completed home on 3 acres with private clear lake forming the centre piece. 4 of the 6 modern bedrooms each with ensuites over look the lake and face east so the sunrises are spectacular. If not a morning person simply hit the button and the auto block out blinds come down. The kitchen opens up to the lake across a large deck with BBQ. With your own mini beach, gym, large av room and separate kids room all will be entertained or escape and find your peace and quiet.

A relaxing family-friendly home to enjoy whilst you experience Phillip Island and surrounding areas. We are located on the Cape Woolamai Estate, between easily accessible beaches and local amenities. Leave the car and walk to nearby Wooli Tavern, Food & Liquor Xpress, restaurants and take-away shops. The house sleeps 8 comfortably; 2 rooms with king-sized beds (one with ensuite), another room with a queen-sized bed and 4th bedroom bunk room with king single beds for the ultimate kids space.
