The Studio is within walking distance to a selection of local shops, bakery, chemist, pubs & fantastic restaurants. The studio is newly refurbished with underfloor heating. Widescreen Hd TV, DVD, amazon firestick & Bluetooth speaker for your music. There is an additional £10 charge for use of the sofa bed.

Upstairs double bedroom with ensuite power shower. A local convenience store and bus stop can be found in 5 minutes walk. Local bus which can take you to the city centre in approx 20 minutes. Principality Stadium, Cardiff bay, Cardiff Castle all by 20 min car/ bus journey. St Fagans Museum by 7 min in car.

Cosy studio

A completely self-contained annex-come-studio in our garden. It has everything you need for a short stay in Cardiff and is very close to lovely parks, cafes, restaurants and shops and is 25 mins walk or ten mins bus ride to town - the bus stop is right behind the annex. It is suitable for a couple, two friends (there's a pull-out single bed in the living area) or a couple with a child. We converted our garage during lockdown and created this unique and cosy space.

Set on the edge of Victoria Park, this stylish detached garden annex is a perfect haven for visiting the near-by attractions of Cardiff. A large double bedroom, with a king-size bed, en-suite, and kitchenette. The sitting area with access through bi-fold doors onto a private patio overlooking our garden with a BBQ and garden furniture. The annex has its own access, TV, WiFi. Easy walking distances to some great restaurants and a beautiful park.

Sandringham Apartment *overlooking park*

A stunning large one bedroom period apartment with a balcony. Located in a conservation area over looking Roath Mill Gardens. Less than a 5 minute walk to the bars, restaurants and coffee shops on Wellfield road and within a 30 minute walking distance of the city centre. Refurbished for 2023 with a new kitchen. Enjoy - Sky multi room and 2 smart TVs, wifi, nespresso coffee machine a good quality bed with a pocket sprung mattress.

Gwyn Lodge

A self contained bungalow comprising of a bathroom with a bath and a shower, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen diner including a washing machine, iron with ironing board, an electric cooker, microwave and a fridge freezer. A spacious bedroom with a double bed and a suitable laptop work space / dressing table with a hairdryer. The bungalow is well situated on the grounds of our main house and has off road parking is available.

Private & Compact hideaway, Llandaff North

A compact, quiet and private hideaway in Llandaff North, close to the centre of Cardiff. We are on the Taff Trail for walks and hikes, it's a 15 minute bike ride into town or an 8 minute train journey to the centre. Great restaurants nearby and Lidls is around the corner for essentials. 1 mile from University Hospital Wales. Great location. Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, but close to major routes and motor ways.

Snug Cottage in Cardiff + Hot Tub | Garden Room

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This cozy, self contained, 1 bed cottage sits snugly between the original farmhouse and is an annex to The Old Byre (originally the cowshed). As part of a Grade II Listed Building, it offers up lots of history and charm, including late medieval arches, echoes of its past as a priory.
