Located opposite the northern end of the Beowa National Park in Eden, the perfect location for eco-conscious travellers in search of getaways full of quiet, nostalgia and adventures outdoors. Find peace & tranquility in this sweet & stylish space with views of a lake, forest & farmland. Experience solitude & privacy with only a small distant cottage in sight. Swim in the river, see the stars at night, Roos at dusk & dawn and a few cows. It is off-grid with solar power and water must be carted in. For the hot days there is an air cooler ( no Aircon), it always cools down at night. No heater inside but it is never too cold in winter. Firewood provided. Cooking on bbq outside! 😊

Welcome to Whale Tail Beach House: a pet-friendly haven with recently renovated interiors and stunning ocean views. Nestled by the National Park, it ensures privacy with direct bush access to the Pambula River. The spacious veranda offers a front-row seat for whale watching from May to November. Two dog-friendly beaches are within a 5-minute walk, and the tranquil Pambula River Mouth is nearby for a leisurely day by the water. Your coastal retreat awaits!

The Cottage - Bermagui

On arrival you will be greeted with a beautiful breakfast basket. We are nestled in the bush alongside the Salty Lagoon Nature Reserve - plenty of bird life and the odd wallaby. We are close to the Bermagui River and also the beach. We are within walking distance to the shops and cafes. Our cottage is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. Due to limited parking, this space is not suitable for boats and trailers.
