The house is 90 secs drive/5 mins walk to one of Victoria's best swimming and fishing beaches, 10 min walk to ferry, 4 mins drive to 5 top wineries and the golf club.

Our beautiful villa Ella's Rest is nestled on a 7 acre property in a quiet pocket of Torquay. Recently completed with a local architect our eco-friendly 2 bedroom home is truly unique and finished to the highest quality. The natural aesthetic creates a space that captures light and views from every room making it seamless from outside to in. A sheltered deck overlooking the dam and a north facing courtyard with outdoor dining, shower and firepit makes it truly hard to ever leave.

Due to the heritage of the building no built in cooking facilities are available but our breakfast bar features a microwave, kettle, toaster and crockery. Welcome to the Seascape! The perfect getaway on the Bellarine is ready to make you feel at home. Located in a quiet residential area, only two minutes walk from the water, Seascape is the ideal place for a gateway while exploring this lovely corner of the world. The apartment is on the ground floor, with a completely independent entrance from our home upstairs, where I live with my husband.
