Fudge Cottage has a central location around the corner from the main st, private parking and enclosed walled courtyard. A perfect base to explore the Dales & close to Masham, Richmond, Northallerton, just 10 mins off the A1. Plenty of walks. Tuesday market. Saturday car boot, monthly artisan market. Hansom restaurant, one of North Yorkshire’s finest 2 minutes walk. The cottage has two bedrooms one with kingsize zip and link bed and one with two single beds. No smoking/Vaping No pets allowed

Market Square View, Cosy Cottage, Grade 2 Listed!

This cosy 4 bedroom cottage looks over the Market Square in the centre of Masham. The Grade 2 listed property has interesting features in abundance. A living flame gas fire keeps the lounge perfectly warm and cosy. There are 4 bedrooms 2 of which are en-suite the other double and twin share the house bathroom. Foxup House Barn

Foxup House Barn is a converted one bedroom farm building, totally self-contained to the side of our house. It has it's own entrance with private parking space for one vehicle and private walled and fenced garden. It is situated at the end of a no-through road, totally surrounded by hills with stunning views from every window. Newly converted in 2023 we have put much thought and love into the project, aiming to create a warm, comfortable and stylish space, finished to a high standard.

Treetops Cottage is a luxury country retreat just one mile from bustling Richmond nestled in a private, stunning setting. The newly refurbished property boasts exceptional far reaching views across the rolling countryside and the south facing patio is a fantastic space to watch the wild deer that come up from Sandy Beck. Ideally located alongside Brokes giving direct access to the beautiful surrounding countryside, the property offers luxury living with great days out on your doorstep.

Holme View, Masham

Holme View is a terraced cottage on the edge of Masham which was renovated in 2014 and has been redecorated in 2020 and upgraded to align with the new Fire regulations in 2024. It sleeps a maximum 4 people in two bedrooms (1 king size; 1 superking or 2 x singles), is fully equipped for holiday use and rated 4-star by Visit England. It enjoys it's own parking and attached garage, and looks over open spaces towards the River Ure at the front and the Black Sheep Brewery to the rear.

Located just outside the market town of Bedale, a gateway to the Yorkshire Dales, Exelby is a quiet village with a thriving community owned pub (the Exelby Green Dragon). Recently converted, the Granary provides spacious accommodation for 4 / 5 people (plus cot) and offers an ideal stop for those wishing to explore the Yorkshire Dales, the North York Moors and the Vale of York in between or alternatively, is a convenient stop off for those travelling further North or South.

'Ruth's Place' is a 2 bedroom annexe adjoining our family home. Situated on the outskirts of Scorton village. This stylish annexe is newly furnished with quality fixtures and fittings with everything you need for a peaceful retreat or a base to explore the beautiful countryside. With plenty of walks right from the doorstep, walking distance to the 2 village pubs, village shop, and tea room. Located 5 miles to Richmond and 5 minutes drive to A1 Scotch Corner.

The Salt House Cottage, Pilmoor

Guests have a small private grassed area with a table and chairs. The cottage has dishwasher, washing machine and wood burning stove, all logs included. We do not accept pets. In summer, when the swing seat is out, guests have access to the main garden. The cottage has no internet connection but depending on your network, a good 3G or 4G signal can be accessed. We do not accept bookings from people who smoke or vape. Check in from 2pm, check out 10am.

Woodland View

We have lovingly refurbished Woodlands View to create a stylish space which we welcome you to enjoy: We are located in the centre of Hebden Bridge. Located a 2 minute walk to Hebden Bridge Train Station. Two car parks within a couple of minute walk from the property free overnight between 8pm- 8am. There is also free on street parking a couple of minute walk from the property on Burnley road, the same road as the property.

Narnia

'Narnia' is situated in Thirsk, a traditional North Yorkshire market town and an ideal location for exploring the national parks of the North Yorkshire Moors and Yorkshire Dales. Home to the award winning museum, 'The World of James Herriot, the attractions of York and Harrogate are all within easy access. Thirsk also prides itself in its racecourse where flat racing can be experienced through the summer.
