Cute 60s Beach Shack The Little Nook

Our cute 1960s beach shack was thoughtfully up-dated and decorated with all necessary comforts including a well stocked games cupboard. Settle in and un-plug - (no TV here). Many living areas, you’ll always find a perfect nook, no matter the weather. There’s a fireplace indoors and also a fire pit outside. Just over the road is the bike/ walking path taking you along the Barwon River. The house is only a short ride to Hitchcock Ave -the main shopping strip. Easily walkable too.

Our Beach House Escape is cosy fully renovated home located in The Sands Estate with an easy stroll to Whites beach. A beautiful space for family and friends to enjoy time together Wether it is winter or summer our home has something to offer for all seasons to enjoy a blissful enjoyable stay. Recently completed with a local architect our eco-friendly 2 bedroom home is truly unique and finished to the highest quality. Property includes three generous sized, light filled bedrooms (2 king 1 queen), two bathrooms plus extra toilet and hot and cold outdoor shower, fully equipped kitchen and laundry. New architectural outdoor pavilion provides extra outdoor living and dining space.

It is 15 minutes from Geelong and centrally located on the Bellarine Peninsular, close to the Queenscliff ferry, wineries, surf beaches, Adventure Park, and all the other attractions around the peninsular.
