Little Cottage Steps from the Beach

Quaint little cottage behind our shore house. All you need to enjoy the Jersey Shore. Our house is four houses from the beach and less than a mile’s walk or drive to the bars, restaurants, and rides. We’ve been renting on Airbnb since summer 2017, but we are no strangers to renters. We've been renting our cottage for the past 20 years & mostly rent June-August. We are looking to expand our rentals to May and into November. The off season is perfect if you are looking for quiet & relaxation!

Please respect it and treat it as you would your own home. **guests who leave the home messy (especially the kitchen) will be charged for any extra cleaning. Goldie Point is a mid-century, cedar shingled bohemian beach cottage. A great gathering place for friends and family. This unique home is a 10 minute walk through the gorgeous board-walked dunes filled with pine trees to the clean, serene beach. You’ll find lifeguards on duty from May-September. This beach location is truly a surfers delight. Our home is also walking or biking distance to bars and restaurants, coffee shops and the like. Less than 7 nights stays are available. LBI Oceanside Getaway

This vacation getaway is centrally located on LBI in Brant Beach. Perfect for families, this 1st floor unit is only 6 houses from the lifeguarded beach. Just steps from the biking/jogging lane on Ocean Blvd. Daddy O restaurant/takeout/bar and St. Francis church and pool are within walking distance, while Beach Haven's shopping, amusement park, and water park are a short drive. Enjoy all that the island has to offer! Peak season requires Sat to Sat rental. 2026 season is from June 20 – Sep 5

Outside, you can take the short walk a half block to the dunes and beach. Or walk a few blocks to the township park and playground, Barnegat Lighthouse, and shops and restaurants. Everything is here for you to come and relax!

Wonderful winter get away- Spring and Summer open

1/2 block to the beach, on LBI, open and bright space, beautiful ground level porch for AM sun and people watching. Parking for 2 cars. Quiet location on coveted Ocean Blvd in Brant Beach, LBI, but walking distance to bike rentals, seafood, and ice cream. PLEASE NOTE 7/10/2026 to 8/28/2026- Friday to Friday rentals only.
