Our neighborhood is close enough to downtown to enjoy walking to local restaurants, shops, Riverfront Park, and more. Alpaca Farm Retreat: Located in the Mid Willamette Valley is an charming Alpaca Farm getaway. The apartment has its own private entrance, king size bed, kitchenette, and a patio to view the colorful sunsets. Enjoy all the adventures and amenities the Willamette Valley has to offer. Great for the business traveler with a place to work. Looking for a lovely romantic getaway or a staycation, Swing in the hammock chairs, hand feed the alpacas or help us walk the alpacas around the property.

For whatever brings you to Oregon, stay at Mama J’s comfortable, peaceful, safe and convenient spot. Portland is just ten miles away, the closest beaches, Columbia River Gorge and Mt. Hood are all about an hour, and there are numerous hikes from the forest right down the street to Silver Falls and beyond. Air conditioned Guest Cottage at Vista Manor

Guest cottage located in South Salem on a large wooded lot. Close to restaurants, grocery stores, Banks, Parks, Willamette University and Salem Hospital. The bedroom is upstairs king with a king size bed. The sofa bed that is a double, is on the first floor. When we enter into spring ants are out. If food is left out on counters and tables it will attract ants. I ask guests not to leave food out. Guests who have been conscientious have not had an issue.

Clean, Private guest studio with kitchenette stocked with water & arrival snacks, tea & coffee. Studio has queen bed and 2 floor mattress. TV can be used to watch Netflix. Very close to down town, Willamette University, fair grounds & State buildings which is only one mile away. Parking in driveway closest to my back door neighbor is provided. Small side yard. Sorry, we are no longer accepting cats.
