The home is centrally located to all the area’s highlights: Joyce Kilmer, the Nantahala & Cheoah Rivers, Tail of the Dragon, Cherohala Skyway, Santeetlah & Fontana Lakes, world-class trout streams & more natural beauty than you can imagine.

Mountain Lake House [Kayaks & Paddleboards]

Welcome to PaddleFin! You will enjoy the beautiful lake and mountain views from the large deck on the house and a deck close to the water. This is a peaceful retreat - cell phone service is not available or very limited, no Wi-Fi, and no TV service. We allow A MAXIMUM of 4 guests! There is one king bed and one queen bed. We currently have two kayaks (one single and one two-person), two paddleboards, and a canoe available for use by our guests. Paddles and life jackets are included.

Centrally located to favorite tourist destinations and outdoor activities. The Andrews Valley Rail Trail is less than a mile away! Have a cozy night in or walk to the quaint little town of Andrews, with shops and restaurants. Plenty of hiking, waterfalls, and whitewater rafting nearby. I look forward to hosting you.

Snowbird Creek Cabin, Flyfish, Tail of the Dragon

Our Snowbird Creek Cabin is cool and relaxing. It is just minutes from “Tail of the Dragon”. It is a fly fisherman’s paradise also. Hiking trails and waterfalls abound, or just kick back and relax in the pristine setting of the Snowbird Back Country. We will allow one dog 25 pounds or under to come. No exceptions for bigger dogs. I will request a picture of the dod. The dog will not be allowed on furniture. I live next door, so i will know if my rules are not obeyed.

The cabin is equipped with linens/towels and most everything you need to cook a meal., just bring groceries and personal items. This cabin is also handicap accessible. WIFI is now available. 3 bedroom, 2 bath home located , With a well equipped kitchen & laundry area you'll have everything you need for a comfortable stay. We also feature free WI-FI and a Roku T.V. -watch from the living room or master bedroom. We have spacious parking and a nice lounging area out back. We are 17 miles from the Dragon ,Highway 129 and we only a mile away from the AT. We have Satellite Internet so be prepared for Wi-Fi calling. Driveway is loose gravel up hill.
