The home is not a shared space, has it's own address, street frontage, and is not located in a unit complex.

Kitchen with combined living area has sofa , trundle bed(for 3rd/4th paying guest), dining table & is equipped with tv, air cond, ceiling fan, fridge, microwave, induction hot plate, electric bbq, toaster , jug, Air Fryer 5.5Litre, rice cooker, wok. Your outdoor terrace has a Weber Q Bbq.

Situated on the front row directly opposite Coolum Beach, this top floor unit offers superb coastal views right up to Noosa Heads. Centrally located, you are only a 3 minute walk to a patrolled beach & Coolum Surf Club & a short walk to a variety of local cafes/restaurants, a supermarket & everything else Coolum has to offer. Well equipped for both short or longer stays with a fully renovated kitchen with oven, induction cooktop, dishwasher, microwave as well as a washing machine & dryer.

The beach house on the hill

Our little studio is attached to our house, therefore you might hear us from time to time. It’s a beach style place , where you can relax and enjoy your breakfast on your own private patio. Please note that there is a simple outdoor kitchen, with sink ,BBQ, fridge, kettle and microwave. You have a private entrance via the front yard ( as seen on one of the photos). Our neighbourhood is quite , and you might see some of our beautiful wildlife, like colourful Rainbow Lorikket and kangaroos

Please note this is a family house and not suitable for groups of 12 adults (maximum of 8 adults & 4 children).

🐾 Pets Welcome! Dean and Lucy welcome you to our Tiny Home – a romantic escape or peaceful retreat to recharge at the beach and reconnect with nature. Just three streets from Coolum’s patrolled beach, you can swim, surf, or stroll the dog-friendly sand. Cafés and shops are close, so no car needed. This stay is about slowing down, not logging on. We’ve got the fastest internet available, but our bush location means it’s slow at best – the perfect excuse to unplug.

'Grounded at Coolum'

One bedroom guest suite with aircon, located close to the very best Coolum has to offer. Walking distance to main beach as well as the most beautiful bays. Shops, great cafe's and restaurants are 2 minute drive. Noosa is 30 minutes. Private entry with small yard and secure off street parking. WIFI and netflix.The bed is king sized and comfortable. The kitchenette has bar fridge, kettle and toaster. Only organic and eco-friendly cleaning products used.

BOAT SHED- cute cottage easy walk to beach & shops

Escape the hustle at The Boat Shed, centrally located in the heart of Coolum Beach. Leave your car parked and take an easy stroll or a short ride to the beach, local cafés and shops. The cottage is a completely separate, stand-alone original beach shack. This 70s original shack has been converted into a tiny home with new and recycled materials to ensure you feel all the beach vibes and have a comfy stay.

Make yourself at home in our coastal beachpad! We hope to provide a calm and relaxed space for your getaway to the Sunshine Coast. Whilst it is downstairs from the main residence it is completely separate with total privacy. Beachpad Yaroomba is very close to the beach and an easy drive to iconic Noosa to the north or Mooloolaba to the south.
