There are approx. 6000 feet of River front that is accessible out the back of the property, and several acres around the house to explore. The house is fully stocked, and all you need to bring are your clothes, and a sense of adventure.

Charming 1950 newly remodeled home, in a quaint neighborhood. Less than 1 mile from exit and original downtown Rock Springs. Also within 1/2 mile from City Recreation Center. Parking on and off the street. 1 bedroom with queen bed and 1 queen sofa sleeper. Full bathroom with washer and dryer. Complete kitchen with coffee/tea bar. Low original wood planked ceiling. Original exposed brick chimney. Being clean and comfortable is our priority. Can't wait for you to come stay!

We have a quant little cabin/house here for you to enjoy some peace and quiet. It sits under some old cottonwood trees that offer just the right amount of shade to help keep you cool and comfortable. Not only are the sunrises and sunsets amazing, but weather is also very comfortable. So whether you are an earlier riser or an evening person you will enjoy. This is the spot for relaxing after a day of activities near Lander, WY. Enjoy views of the Wind River Range from the porch, catch a beautiful sunset, or stroll around the 3-acre property. There is private and public river access available from the property. Feel free to use the barbecue grill or fire-pit near the river. There is one other listing on the property and the hosts are nearby if you should need assistance. We hope you enjoy your time at the cottage!

The Carter house has a lot of charm and character. Gas lanterns adorn either side of the beautiful front door, upon entering you are greeted with elegance beginning with a crystal chandelier that drops through the ceiling from the cozy library upstairs. The main floor has a TV area with a big sectional, dining table, gas fireplace, full size kitchen, bathroom, laundry and kids bunk room. There are 3 bedrooms each room having its own private entrance.
