The Hunter Valley vineyards start here, with Broke & Pokolbin vineyards 45 minutes away. We are a Haflinger Horse stud on 210 acres, with show jumping and eventing facilities. Great for couples and families, the Back Forty Solar Cottage is a fully featured off grid solar home with all of the comforts and space to relax.

Hollybrook - Dairy Cottage 2 bedroom

Hollybrook, an adult only retreat, is a beautiful slice of country living on a 100-acre historic farm in its own valley, just 1 hr from Wahroonga. Located in Wollombi Valley, part of the Hunter Wine Region. The Dairy Cottage is a newly renovated 2-bedroom cottage nestled in trees and surrounded by gardens. The Dairy offers updated modern facilities for up to 4 adult guests. Enjoy large front verandah, outdoor fire pit, cosy lounge room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen and BBQ. Air con.

Sole use of private 4 acre luxury rural property, 2 hrs north of Sydney. Walk to Wollombi village from this large country home (sleeps 12), with friendly farm animals. Wide verandahs overlooking rural views, set on a 4 acre garden estate which you will have to yourselves. There's a small fenced plunge pool to swim in, and a huge games room with a pool table, piano and library. Beds can be split to singles on request. Neighbouring cottage, 'The Dairy at Wollombi' listed separately, sleeps 4.
