This lake community has several beaches in close proximity, two boat launches less than a mile away, as well as direct access to Port Bay and Lake Ontario. Great area for relaxing, fishing, boating, and taking in the lake life moments of Sodus Bay near by. You can also take a day and travel to the several wineries and breweries nestled in the Finger Lakes Region. This is a recently renovated home with three bedrooms and several modern details. So come kick back and enjoy the beautiful Port Bay and surrounding Finger Lake Region. We are sure you will love your stay!

On a rainy day, come inside & choose a board game or puzzle to enjoy! We are only 10 minutes from town with a local grocery store & restaurants. Chimney Bluffs & Fairhaven Beach are within a 20 minute drive.

Private entrance, place to yourselves, queen size bed with pull out couch that can sleep 2, Roku TV, extra linens, standup shower, heater and air conditioning and book nook. Note there is no stove, just a air fryer and griddle No pets allowed Minutes from Fair Haven and Chimney Bluffs. Gas stations and Dollar General in town Eats- Fullers Ice Cream shop, 104 Store Note- the garage is a metal roof, bad cell reception
