The Pump Maker’s House Marshallton Historic Beauty

Situated in the historic village of Marshallton, this home is furnished in country style with lovely antiques and vintage items. The first half of the house was built in 1790 with an addition added in 1830. This house was the childhood home of George McFarland, pump maker. He was the town plumber and made wooden pumps in a shop in the rear. We have just completed an entire rehabilitation with brand new plumbing, electric, hvac, as well as brand new bathrooms and kitchen.

This is the original "tiny house." Built in 1766, the Millhaus sits on a 32-acre historic site with the Knauer Mill, Horseshoe Trail, and French Creek. Take a short hike along the water's edge to Saint Peter’s Village for coffee & pastries, or dinner & drinks. Recharge with modern touches like onsite massage and private fitness amenities, available by appointment. Stay put and unwind—or venture out and explore the best of PA from this beautiful location!

The Mineral House of West Chester

Unique home in the heart of West Chester, tastefully renovated with fantastic detail, walking distance to all the dining, bars, shops and parks the borough has to offer. This home will bring you back to WC again and again. Do not let the staircase frighten you, it was designed by the late great architect George A Matuszewski for this unique space. We went above and beyond to make sure this is a space you can call home!

Our most budget-friendly option. This is our oldest unit, kept specifically for guests seeking a low-cost stay. If you are looking for crisp and fresh, this is not the place for you. It is a simple, functional apartment on the 1st floor in a historic building—not a luxury renovation. We require government-issued photo ID, sign agreement and a $500 security deposit may be charged at the host's discretion.

Nestled among trees in whimsical Ardentown, you’re 2 min to I-95 and 10 min to Downtown Wilmington. Overlooking beautiful pastures, the cottage was formerly the large painting studio of Delaware Valley artist Peter Sculthorpe.
