Take breakfast on the balcony. During the day enjoy the patio and lunch outside or lounge in the sun. The hot tub makes for a perfect evening wind down.

Wool Hut, is a beautiful, traditional Shepherd's Hut, located in the middle of nowhere but close to everywhere! Situated on our working farm on the edge of the village of Thixendale, the heart of the Yorkshire Wolds, surrounded by stunning landscapes in a peaceful, rural setting. Visit the wonderful market town of Malton, or historic York as well as some beautiful country houses, or simply rest and relax. There is an abundance of food producers and restaurants in the locality for you to explore.

The Owlery at Mill Farm

Recently converted, the Owlery is the perfect self-catered rural escape for couples. With its double height vaulted ceiling and full height double aspect windows the open plan kitchen living diner offers a light and airy space to unwind and enjoy the view of surrounding fields. The bedroom has a Kingsize bed, Egyptian cotton sheets and En-Suite shower room. The Bathroom offers complimentary Bramley products and cotton bathrobes. Both areas are underfloor heated. There is a private garden.

This ground floor studio is located in a converted warehouse within the city walls. It was converted in 2018 so the interior is in great order and the exterior looks onto water views. With a 5 minute walk to the main historic area/main shopping area and a 2 minute walk to major supermarkets, the studio is well connected. Wifi included. Ideal for cyclists, bird watchers, walkers and anyone who wishes to enjoy a rural location close to the attractions of the city of York. There is no regular public transport.
