A train does pass by a couple of blocks away on occasion and sounds its horn, so light sleepers may need a white noise app or provided fan. Non smoking/clean air property.

Welcome to our cozy cabin! We are just off I-29 in northern Missouri between St. Joseph and Platte City.  Our property is 21 acres and includes a yard of 6 acres and fields and a wooded area. There is a kitchenette with the necessary essentials and a small bath with a shower, sink and toilet. There is NO Wi-Fi so you can unplug and relax; however, we do have good cell phone signals. * If you are a traveling nurse with a contract, contact us and we can work with you on your stay length. *

Only 15 minutes from downtown Lawrence, KU, and I-70. Plus, it has a sauna for you to enjoy.The sauna converts to a shower with hot water. NO INDOOR TOILET. The composting toilet is right outside the door on the deck so is easy to reach. We pride ourselves on it being a pleasant environment and NOT stinky!
