It's located 1-2 miles from our local hospital, SOMC, and is convenient to everything Portsmouth has to offer. The perfect size for a getaway or overnight stay. It’s quiet & just far enough away from the main highway to allow you to relax & get away from it all. There is Wifi plus antenna tv, VCR, dvd player, and Roku tv. There is a full kitchen, laundry room, & walk-in tub/shower, gas grill, & fire pit. And a small dog pen.

Tucked along a peaceful creek in Minford, OH, our cozy tiny home is the perfect getaway for couples, families, or traveling professionals looking for comfort and convenience. Relax by the fire pit, play a game of corn hole, swing in the hammock, or unwind inside with all the comforts of home! Pets are welcome with prior approval. Please note we can only allow small dogs (under 30 pounds).

The Kitchen features a full-sized gas range, air fryer, full size refrigerator, microwave, and a coffee maker with K-cup and a coffee pot.

The loft is conveniently located near restaurants, shopping, Shawnee State University and Martings building. The loft is located on the second floor of the building which is only accessible by rear stairwell .
