You’ll love our place because of the coziness, original oak floors, high ceilings, and location. This apartment is perfect for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and furry friends (pets).

Paddle with dolphins in Palma Sola Bay from this private-entrance, 2-room studio with living room, food prep area (no kitchen sink), bedroom w/ queen & bath. Two TVs, WIFI. Dock access in back yard includes use of kayaks/canoe or docking your boat. No hidden cleaning fees. Quiet on dead-end street. Owner lives in back of house facing canal (see photo). Your space is private with a tropical street entrance & access to the back yard. Non-shedding dog considered with prior approval.

This condo is attached to my home but is totally independant with private access. The condo is upstairs and accessible by a spiral staircase ( avoid large suitcase, may be challenging for some people) A large bedroom with a queen bed, an equiped kichen ( combined microwave/ oven), a bathroom ( large shower) and a living room with high ceiling. We follow cleaning recommendations. You can arrive anytime after check in time.PARKING is in the dead end street in front of my garden
