View of a large beautiful park, with a children's playground, only 10 minutes to the city centre. Only a few minutes walk to trains, buses and easy airport access. The cottage is peaceful, but only a few minutes walk from the action of Newtown and its restaurants, bars, cafes and shopping. The modern artwork and artefacts reflect the creative nature of the area.
