Located 10 km from Warrnambool and the Great Ocean Road. Cottage is on a rural farm property in Wangoom. Beautiful setting, rolling grassy hills, sheep and cows, also bird attracting native trees, occasionally visited by wallabies and koalas. Cottage is a 5 minute walk to the Hopkins river, good for swimming in hot weather. Also a 5 minute drive to the Hopkins Falls. House is designed with sustainability in mind, thermal mass concrete floor, north facing aspect, well insulated, wood heating.

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally located place.. Upstairs the house boost three spacious bedrooms, all equipped with split systems and tvs. The main bedroom has king bed, ample storage and a walk behind ensuite. The second bathroom is conveniently located just outside bedroom 2 and 3 Downstairs is a beautiful modern kitchen with stacker doors that open onto a private sheltered courtyard. The laundry is incorporated in the garage. There is also wifi and Netflix provided.

Supermarket, bakery, fresh seafood, gourmet food store, butcher and one of our fav local coffee shops.

Perched amongst the rolling hills of Illowa, The Cutting is a stone's throw from the famous Tower Hill Wildlife Reserve. This 144sq. metre, 2 bedroom, architect designed container house, has a spacious deck providing views to garden, birds, wildlife and rolling plains. This cosy house is on a quiet no-through road, which ends at the cliff top overlooking the Southern Ocean. The back beach offers spectacular views of the Bay of Islands Coastal Park. Iconic beaches are 10mins drive away.

Shearer’s Cottage at Cambus Glen Highlands

Situated on our 170 acre farm “Cambus Glen” near the settlement of Framlingham in South-West Victoria, the Shearers’ Cottage is a fully renovated sheep shearers accommodation. The Scottish name “Cambus Glen” means valley where a twisting river passes - this refers to our 3km of Hopkins River frontage – Scottish because the farm is home to our small fold (or herd) of Highland Cattle.
