Each cottage has a built-in King bed with memory foam mattress, a kitchenette with a coffee maker, tea kettle, dishes, glasses, and cutlery, and even a small refrigerator. When our son got married we converted our hay barn into a wedding venue with a built-in apt for them to use for a short time. It's now available for you to enjoy! The apt has one king bedroom with a full bath, a living area, full kitchen, half bath, a covered deck area along with an open deck area, and plenty of outdoor space to enjoy the farm, such as our stocked fish pond. We are in the country, but close to the interstate and the city of Oneonta. It's the perfect, peaceful country getaway!

Clover's cabin is a very cozy little place on Straight Mountain on a very curvy road. Update: We now have WIFI. Beautiful view in the winter, you can see for miles. Lots of tree coverage in the summer, which brings privacy. It sits about 200 feet from our home. A nice quiet place other than the animal noises. You can hike right out the back door. Please read entire guest manual under INFO FOR GUESTS, POST-BOOKING DETAILS. Give Code word to confirm it was read. Thank you

Nestled in the community gardens of Nomad’s Land is an earthen hobbit house, with a living roof and a bottle wall that lets in glorious colored sunlight. Our hobbit house is constructed from raw wood beams taken from local woods and non-traditional building styles. Snuggle into the queen size canopy bed and enjoy a retreat into the Shire. Brew a fresh cup of coffee and enjoy the morning bird song, chicken a in the nearby garden and sounds of nature.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. We offer a lot for the space in this 1 bed 1 bath private getaway. Enjoy sitting on the dock or relax in the screened in sitting room while listening to the water fountain. You will be on the premises where we run a Husky kennel and at times will hear the howling of the pack. Bring food to cook on the Blackstone grill at the outdoor kitchen. Storm shelter access for guest at the cabin.
