We are spoilt for choice with 4 great cafes and 1 pub serving amazing food and coffee within walking distance. The popular Speers Point Park is right at our doorstep, with room for the kids to run also hosting regular markets as well as food and sporting events. 25-30 minutes to the heart of Newcastle 15-20 minutes to beaches 15 minutes to 2 large shopping centres

This stylish place to stay is perfect for group or family trips. Views that make you feel like you are on top of the world. Relax in the many large spaces this open plan home enjoys or unwind with a drink n BBQ watching the sunset over the lake. Perhaps take a 5 min walk to the cosmopolitan cafes/restaurants and lakeside pleasures. Or bike riding some of the 20km of cycling track around the lake edges or even some dedicated mountain bike trails nearby. We have two mountain bikes available!

Our home is a private oasis, perfect to connect with your family over food, nature and swimming in the heated pool and spa. Wander down the back to visit the sheep and chickens, and collect fresh eggs. Just 3 km off the freeway and 30 minutes from Beaches, Lake & Vineyards Note: there are permanent tenants on the block, but the only contact will be a shared driveway. The house is very private.

This airy and light filled 2 bedroom guesthouse is centrally located close to John Hunter hospital, shops, sporting stadium, entertainment centre and University. Five minute walk to New Lambton village shops with IGA supermarket, pub, great coffee shops/cafes, and restaurants. Ten minute walk to McDonald Jones sports precinct and hockey stadium. Ten minute drive to Newcastle and beaches. This premise has a spacious kitchen and lounge with high ceilings, courtyard and off-street parking.

1912 Mayfield cottage

Home built in 1912 with many original details remaining. High ceilings, wood fire stove and east facing sunroom perfect for a morning coffee. There is a fully detached space at the rear of the property. The person using this space and sharing the deck as a common area is quiet, loves animals, and uses the deck area for access to the garage. They have no access to the main house. They will know about your stay, and will be looking forward to saying hi. The deck is fenced and animal friendly.

Ronald’s: a renovated home in 'Carrodise'

We aim to make you feel at home the moment you arrive. Wake up and enjoy a coffee, breakfast in the courtyard and freshen with arguably the best shower! Walking distance to cafes, pubs, restaurants, the bowlo, as well as shops, post office, public transport, parks and harbour. The home shares a wall with our house and floorboard noise can sometimes be heard from both houses. Please also note we are near working silos with original floorboards, so the house can quickly accumulate dust.

This one bedroom fully equipped cozy house is brand new & spotlessly clean! Fully equipped with all linen, towels, soaps, shampoos, toilet paper, Nespresso coffee machine + coffee pods, kettle, instant coffee, tea bags, sugar, toaster, air fryer & all your kitchen essentials.

Stewart Cottage

Stewart cottage has three en-suite bedrooms, and is set in quiet and peaceful bushland less than two hours drive from Sydney. Stewart is close to many wineries and restaurants, and only five minutes drive from Hunter Valley Gardens and Roche and Hope Estates. The cottage is kept meticulously clean by our long-term housekeeper. We charge per guest, with a minimum of three guests for weekend stays.

Nanny's Beachside Cottage

Stockton is a peninsular located just north of the City of Newcastle. Nanny's Beachside Cottage is centrally located with only minutes walk to the beach, Bowling Club, RSL Club and one of three local Hotels. Access to Newcastle CBD is a 20 minute drive or via a short passenger ferry ride (3 minutes) which is only ten minutes walk from Nanny's Beachside Cottage.
