Villa Niki is part of the Linardici Olive Gardens property that features 2 other spectacular villas (villa Lynn and villa Tessa) so multiple family stay can be planned easily. The village has a small market, church and organic farms with different authentic products ( cheese, vegetables, olive oil...) You can reach wild sandy beach - Petrinja bay just 1.3km from property. You can enjoy relaxed, peaceful atmosphere without crowded tourism, but on the other hand you are close to all main spots. Enjoy :)

The house has 2 terraces - one with a jacuzzi and the other with a beautiful sea view. The house is well equipped. Private parking is 200 m far from the house. Welcome!

My flat - loft is very comfortable, it has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and big kitchen such a dinning room and living room and the view from the balcony is something that you can not explain with the words. You have to feel it! You will have private parking behind the house. It is 10 min away walking from the city center and the beach.
