Ideally situated on the bank of the River Vézere in the pre-historic area known as the 'Vallée de L'Homme' between the fascinating town of Les Eyzies and market town of Le Bugue. To explore the area we offer FREE use of mountain bikes and a kayak*, there is direct access to the river and a 12km cycle path. Or simply relax around the heated swimming pool on luxury sun loungers.

Sited on 1 hectare of private grounds, surrounded by farmland, 15 minutes south of the Dordogne. Outdoor swimming pool 12 x 6 meters (shared with our 1 bed gite) with a Roman end for easy access from the patio. The gite, stone built, is on one level with wide doors, making it wheelchair accessible. 5 mins from two of the most beautiful villages in France and many other historic villages and châteaux nearby. Includes all the necessary comforts you'd need, including a welcome pack on arrival.

You will receive a warm welcome at 'Beaujou'. Located in Lot-et-Garonne départment, in the commune of Mazières-Naresse. It's a 2 min drive from the Dordogne border and a 25-30 min drive from Bergerac airport. This area has so much to offer with its history, including the local bastide town, Villeréal where there is a popular year-round Saturday morning market and a Michelin-recommended restaurant. The accommodation includes exclusive access to the swimming pool from June to September.

Vous apprécierez mon logement pour le confort, l'emplacement, la vue Au coeur d'une immense clairière, magnifiques couchers de soleil sur la forêt et au crépuscule et à l'aube, vous croiserez les chevreuils qui viennent brouter dans la prairie. Véritable petit paradis pour se ressourcer.. Mon logement est parfait pour les couples, les voyageurs en solo et les voyageurs d'affaires.

Dans une maison chargée d’histoire, à proximité immédiate à pied du centre-ville de Nérac, l’appartement proposé a été entièrement rénové en 2018. Composé d’une pièce à vivre, d’une cuisine équipée, de deux chambres, d’une salle de bain et d’un WC séparé, ce logement situé au 1er étage est lumineux. Il bénéficie d’une entrée indépendante. Lors de votre séjour, vous pourrez profiter du parc et de ses arbres centenaires, ainsi que des différentes terrasses ombragées. Bienvenue à Nérac !

Sa grande terrasse couverte vous accueille avec plancha et barbecue.
