"Maison des Oliviers" is a charming, authentic village house, with a private garden and parking right outside. The house has 2 bedrooms, an open mezzanine (with a double bed), kitchen/dining room, a living room with a fireplace, and 2 bathrooms. The garden is idyllic with grape vines, a quiet dining area with barbecue, and a beautiful olive tree in the middle. (Parkingplace outside) The house is located in the heart of the charming old village in Saint Jeannet, just 30 min from Nice airport.

La BERGERIE

La Bergerie vous propose 35 M² plus salon de jardin. Il y a deux locations identiques sur site qui vous sont proposées. La piscine est au milieu des oliviers centenaires se situe sur une petite colline isolée et offre une vue sur la vallée, elle est à partager. Les locations se trouvent dans une propriété de 4 hectares La partie agricole est séparée de l'espace dédié aux séjours touristiques. Nous acceptons les compagnons à 4 pattes (hors piscine), en principe, avec une petite majoration.

Appartement terrasse totalement indépendant, avec vue panoramique des montagnes à la mer dans une bergerie du XVIIIème siècle avec piscine chauffée, jacuzzi, salle de billard, terrain de pétanque, chemins de randonnée pédestre devant la porte d'entrée... L'emplacement central de la propriété entre Monaco et Cannes, face à l'aéroport de Nice, permet de visiter aisément tous les plus beaux sites de la Côte d'Azur tout en étant ici dans une bulle de calme absolu au coeur d'une forêt classée.

Bienvenue ! Notre cottage de 75m2 est situé au pied du village provençal de Mougins (15min à pieds), dans un quartier résidentiel proche de toutes commodités (commerces, restaurants, bus), du parc départemental la Valmasque, de plusieurs golfs. Il se compose de 2 chambres, d'une SDB, d'un grand salon, d'une cuisine équipée, d'une grande terrasse avec barbecue Weber et parking gratuit. Proche Sophia Antipolis, Cannes (6km) Accès direct à Nice (30km) et Monaco (50km) par A8.

Ce petit cottage de charme situé entre Grasse et Peymeinade vous séduira par sa décoration et son emplacement. Niché dans la verdure au fond du jardin, il dispose d'une terrasse ombragée pour les repas et le farniente....Construction écologique (chanvre, liège, chaux.....) Situé à proximité de toutes les commodités, à 10 mn du centre-ville de Grasse, 20 mn de Cannes et 20 mn du Lac St Cassien....l'accès à l'autoroute est également à 10 mn pour visiter la Côte d'Azur.....

La Marocha, la Dolce vita à 10 klm de la mer

C'est une maison de village atypique située dans le centre historique de Badalucco, à deux pas de la rivière Argentina. L'intérieure a été entièrement restauré afin de bénéficier de tout le confort nécessaire . Après quelques marches vous accédez à un patio en pierres sèches, à l'entrée de la maison et de sa dépendance. Sans aucun vis à vis, vous apprécierez son jardin sous forme de restanque et sa cuisine extérieure. Si plus d'un animal, me contacter s' il vous plaît.

Vista da togliere il fiato! 6 chilometri da Borgomaro, 20 chilometri da Imperia. Passeggiate in montagna, ma per chi vuole anche una giornata al mare, e poi il ritorno nella tranquillità e nel fresco della collina (500 metri di altezza). Cucina ligure in ambienti familiari ma di alto livello a pochi minuti di distanza.

Nel periodo invernale la stufa a pellet ha bisogno di pulizie e ricariche. Verranno concordati con l'ospite i momenti in cui accedere alla stufa.
